I was asked by a friend to add her husband's name for prayer. Herbert will have surgery at 8:15 on 7-22 at UCI. The doctor found a growth on the inside of his throat that is stage one cancer. Please pray that the doctor will be able to remove all the cancer and other cells in the area. If all the cancer is not removed he will have to undergo surgery again in a month. He can not talk until after surgery then he can only whisper for a month. This will be very hard for him.

Please pray that the doctor will remove all cancer and surrounding tissue so a second surgery will not be need. Please pray for a full and complete recovery. With God all things are possible.
