Oh Lord, please end Wendy's dad's suffering. Take him home with you now, surround him with your love through those who love you, send your Holy Spirit. Give to him your peace as well as to those who love him. Cover Wendy and Hous with your spirit and keep them safe and saturated with your presence. Hold Wendy's mom close and give her body and mind rest that can only come from you. In Jesus name we boldly pray Amen! |

Okay, things are not going well for Dad at all anymore. I am praying that God takes him home very soon. Please pray with me. He is a wonderful man who deserves to go home with God now. He's had a great life, and has been a great man. He deserves the best, and the best is being at home with the Lord. |

Thank you to everyone who is praying for my dad, and to everyone who has been writing to me while I am in Holland. My dad is doing poorly - super thin, very weak, stays in his room all day, and feels a lot of pain. However, his cancer is moving slowly, and this could take quite a while yet. Please pray for his spirits and also for my mom, who is not well herself and is getting worn out from the constant worry and visits to the nursing home. I am very grateful to get to see him every day right now, and thank God that I had the time and funds to be able to do this! |

One of the hardest things I deal with in this life is being the mother of an addict. Worry comes, and I have to relax, and give her over to God. I am angry that our prison system is so neglectful that they would send my daughter out into the street medicated without medication! What kind of system does this to a person? Please pray that she will not relapse or fall on her face wile parole get's their act together and she can recieve her meds. I'm not going to panic, I will trust that God has a plan despite human error! |
