How did the Lord lead you to worship at Robinwood as a church family?
I had heard great things about Pastor Householder for years. When I heard he came to HB I wanted to hear his message first hand. I have heard him bring such a fresh message from the Lord for our generation. I also saw a team of great workers come around him to plant this new church.
Where did you grow up?
I grew up in Garden Grove in the 50's and 60's, was a youth pastor in San Pedro in the 70's and pasored a church in Norwalk in the 80' and 90's.
Tell us about a time your faith came alive.
In my first year in college I went from knowing about the Holy Spirit to being filled with the Holy Spirit.
What are some of your passions for our church?
I believe the church is reviving some life changing messages that the church has been missing for years. These messages are empowering ordinary people to do extrodinary things.
Tell us about your family.
Susie and I have been married 33 years, we have 4 children, 3 of which are married and have produced 6 grandchildren so far.
How did you end up in your current vocation?
After pastoring for 30 years I started my own business releasing white doves at weddings, funerals, and special events. I started out just doing it for my church members and soon it became a full time business for Susie and I.
